Added ConversationService.IsAddressedAsync for lightweight, context-free detection of messages directed at the bot in passive channels using AI. Introduced BuildPassiveSystemPromptAsync for generating system prompts specific to passive evaluation. Updated OllamaMessageHandler to respond only to unambiguous messages, using ShouldRespond and ClassifyAsync for passive cases.
